About the production tooling
Production information
The progressive die was run in a 35 ton punch press at 150 strokes per minute. Parts come out of the press with the names stamped, spin point balanced, and ready for deburring and nickel plating. We usually ran a minimum of 3,000 pounds which will produce 50,000+ parts.
Raw material, in coil form, is 16 gage thick by 2.400 wide. Progression is 1.25 inches.
Tooling is ready to run production and includes a RapidAir material feeder.
The Spin-4-It name will be included in the sales price.
